The build of our newest 50ft semi-trad stern Marbury is now complete, and she is looking fabulous in her new blue and cream paint scheme. The light oak paneling of the interior is set off by grey worktops and splash-backs in the galley whilst the floors are laid with carpet and grey wood effect vinyl giving a sophisticated feel. The factory have made their final checks and she has been loaded onto the lorry ready to start her journey from our factory in the Czech Republic to her new home in the UK.
In preparation for the trip all the cupboard doors have been taped shut along with the folding glass door for the shower cubicle and the front, rear and side doors have been secured.
She will now travel across the Czech Republic, Germany, Belgium and France before boarding a ferry to bring her to the UK. When she arrives she will be craned into the water and cruised around to our Kings Lock base. Our UK based team will then give her a thorough pre-delivery inspection prior to handover to her proud new owners.
The customers would also like her to be sign-written with her new name and our regular sign writer, Rob Wagg, will do this whilst she is with us at Kings Lock Boatyard.
